Mark it in you calendar! The fifth annual Tuam Trad Festival has been confirmed for the weekend of September 19th - 21st 2014. This year is the 40th anniversary of the last Fleadh to be held in the town and with that in mind the Tuam Trad Festival committee have come together this year to bring you an outstanding weekend of Traditional Music, Song and Dance with musicians coming from all over the 26 counties, England, New York and many European countries to take part in what is now recognised in the trad music world as one of the best Trad Festivals to be held in the country.

Aine Sheridan will present The Maigh Seola Collection consisting of a collection of songs from around the area, this will be followed with an evening of Music , song and dance with Neillidh Mulligan and family from Dublin.

The Workshops are given by professional musicians/dancers from around the country.
Prior competence in a student's chosen instrument is expected.
