Mark it in you calendar! The fifth annual Tuam Trad Festival has been confirmed for the weekend of September 19th - 21st 2014. Now an established and prestigious traditional festival, Tuam will play host to the best of traditional entertainers from across the country and further afield for a feast of Traditional music, song and dance.

» The Linda Martyn School of Dancing Variety Concert
Friday Night 19th September 8.30pm in the Ard Rí Hotel
Featuring all Ireland Dancers, Musicians and Singers.
Admission €10 (Fund-raiser for World Championships 2015).

» Aindrias de Staic performs 'Moogaga'
Friday Night 19th September Canavan's (Hardi's).
A comical tale of jigs, reels, and growing up in rural west of Ireland.

Workshops

The Workshops are given by professional musicians/dancers from around the country.
Prior competence in a student's chosen instrument is expected.
Registration on the day at the venue 30 minutes beforehand, however as spaces are limited we advise participants to register in advance to avoid disappointment. To Sign up, phone 087-2451341 or email tuamtradfestival@gmail.com.
